Thermo Pressure Forming

ASIATIC provide a common or tailor-made full range thermoforming products to meet out customer's requirements.
Our thermoforming product properties are suitable for microwavable preheating process ≤120°C. Filling temperature up to 100°C, deep- freeze and refrigeration frozen to -40°C.
Our thermoforming products has a wide-range of colour, attractive appearance and multi-shaped, light weight, rigid & high impact, easy pack, stackable and easy printed.

Our sheet-line extrusion range of materials such as PS (Polystyrene), HIPS (High Impact Polystrene), PP (Polypropylene), HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), PETE (Polyethylene Terephalate) and Biodegradable Sheet.
Our Plastic sheet thickness range minimum from 18micron thin to maximum 200micron thick.
Our plastic sheet properties can be in high glossy finish transparent, translucent, multi-colour, anti-static, silicone coating and sunlight resistance or UV barrier.
